So How Do I Get Started

This space favors the gradual, slow-but-sure approach to getting fit for golf. The method that has the best chance to work for the casual, not-in-very-good-shape golfer is a lot different from the plan we would encourage for those to whom fitness is a way of life.

And that last phrase is key. Unless golfing fitness becomes a way of life for the individual, the person is likely doomed to go through the cycle of new program, poor results, frustration, quit, new program, poor results..... and so on.

So we encourage an extremely slow but life-altering plan, and one needs to approach it one step at a time.
